What people want to know about the booking itself.

What comes with every booking, whichever booth I pick?

An on-site attendant who sets up, runs it, and packs it down. Setup and teardown, which never count against your booth time. Props. A backdrop. A custom layout with your names, logo, or event branding. Unlimited digital photos. And your online gallery for 5 months, free. You never touch the equipment, and the gallery never turns up as a line item.

Do I have to choose between the photo booth and the 360 booth?

You choose, and you can choose both. Photo booth on its own, 360 video booth on its own, or both running at the same event. There is no package quietly forcing you into something you did not want. Tell us what your event needs and we build around it.

What actually changes the price?

How many hours you need, whether you want one booth or both, whether you add on-site printing, backdrop and prop choices, travel distance, and the day of the week. We quote every event individually rather than making you shrink your event into a package. Send your date, city, and rough guest count and we reply within 24 hours.

Can you match our theme, colours, or company branding?

Yes, and at no extra charge. We build a custom print layout and on-screen overlay with your event name, date, logo, or colours, and you approve it before the day. Corporate bookings usually want the logo. Weddings usually want names and a date. Quinceañeras usually want everything, in gold.

Does setup eat into our booth time?

No. We arrive ahead of your start time, set up, and test everything before your first guest walks in. Setup and teardown are always included and never counted against the hours you booked. If your venue has a tight load-in window, tell us and we will work to it.
