By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These website terms are separate from the rental agreement you would sign to book an event, which is described below.

About our services

SoCalFun365, LLC provides photo booth and 360 video experience rentals for events across Orange County, California. The information on this site is for general guidance. Specific inclusions, availability, and pricing are confirmed in a written quote and rental agreement.

Quotes and booking

Submitting our contact form is a request for a quote, not a booking. It does not create a contract or reserve your date. A booking is confirmed only when both parties sign our written rental agreement and any required retainer is received. We do not publish pricing on this site because every event is quoted individually based on your date, hours, and setup.

Your rental agreement

When you book, the terms of service are governed by the signed rental agreement between you and SoCalFun365. In general, and subject to that agreement:

• You provide a flat, level setup area of at least 10 by 10 feet, with a standard 110V power outlet within about 15 feet.
• Delivery, setup, and teardown are handled by our team and are not counted against your booth time.
• Only our staff operate the equipment. You are responsible for damage caused to our equipment by you or your guests through misuse.
• For outdoor events, a shaded or covered area and a weather backup plan are needed, since the equipment must be protected from rain, wind, and extreme heat.
• An online gallery of your event media is made available after the event and remains accessible for up to 5 months. You are responsible for saving and archiving your media during that time.
• Date changes and cancellations are handled according to the terms of your signed rental agreement.

Where anything here differs from your signed rental agreement, the signed agreement controls.

The content on this site, including text, graphics, photographs, and the SoCalFun365 name and logo, is owned by SoCalFun365, LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the courts located in Orange County, California.
